フルドームの分野では、ソフトウェアBlendy Dome VJを共同作成。
更に、VJ及び世界中のビジュアルアーティストにアートとテクノロジーのトレーニングを提供する教育プラットフォームVJユニバーシティを設立。
Pedro Zaz / United VJs – (VJ ZAZ) is a Portuguese new-media artist, working internationally with VJ, projection mapping, Spatial Audio and as an artist in fulldome / immersive cinema.
Zaz is the co-founder of the international acclaimed video artist group United VJs. Pedro is also a director and one of the principle organisers of the film festival FULLDOME UK.
In the field of fulldome, he has also co-created the software Blendy Dome VJ. The artist also founded the education platform VJ University which provides specific art & technology training for VJs and other visual artists around the world.

SYNOPSIS
THIS IS NOT A TEST is not a test! During yet another CONVID19 lock-down we initiated this spontaneous live stream via Twitch, Youtube and Facebook using Restream.
Again this was a further opportunity to continue to experimenting with a Push1 midi setup I have been working on framed against the Techno mixed by local Melbourne artist Sharul Ariff.
The live mix was mastered on anm ATMOS Shogun recorder, then taken into Premiere where mix was trimmed and slates added top and tail and audio restriped.
For reasons unkown, Sharul's Macbook crashed halfway through stream.
Stay tuned for further broadcasts. Remember, this definitely is not a test!

The avatar as a kind of representation of a character allows one to interact with the virtual world on different levels. It is an empty vessel, a self-portrait with which anyone can identify, a virtual representation. It is a superhuman form over which one can take control, reaching unexplored areas of immersive experience; rising above the imposed limitations of nationality, gender, or sexuality. It is a gateway to abstract virtual worlds. An avatar is freedom that allows you to feel with increased power.
TERRA is not only the name of the avatar, which embodies the performer, but also an audiovisual set that takes place in an audio-reactive virtual environment. It is a live motion-capture VR performance in which movement is translated into images. It is procedurally generated choreography, forming visuals in real time.

On June 25, the Signal Electronic Music Festival invited Nina Kraviz, Mujuice, Abelle, Low Tape, and Roma Zuckerman to perform at a rave, which was held at our venue, the TZEH* space. We came up with the setup and visual solutions and managed the overall technical side of the event.
In the interior concept development, our main source of inspiration was the work of NONOTAK - VOLUME @ DAY FOR NIGHT (HOUSTON - TEXAS). The techno rave stage was assembled with 110 laser cubes, strobe lights, Aqua Beams, lasers, laser bars and LED sticks. The content was displayed on the backdrop, which was a 7.5-meter-high LED screen.

THIS IS NOT A TEST is not a test! This was an exciting opportunity to experiment with a Push1 setup I have been working on, wiring midi to the vfx in Resolume. The visual performance focassed on triggering vfx over a simple array of animations.
This analogue techno set was performed by local Melbourne artist Sharul Ariff.
What made this stream unique was that Sharul played live from his apartment, sending the audio stream to my studio 8km away via VLC, which I then re-streamed with visuals attached.
The live Twitch recording was downloaded and taken into Premiere where mix was trimmed and slates added top and tail and audio restriped. The mix stopped

This visual comes from a VJ animation creator called Erica Anderson. I chose this one because the color palette reminded me of some works by the artists of TeamLabs. I would love to work for visual museum artists like TeamLab and this music composition has a special place in my heart, it's my most cherished work because of how many textures and emotions i think i managed to reach using just two audio files i recorded with one synth, two special plugins and hours of testing and experimenting with these.

En esta instalación site-specific, planteo una forma de diálogo unidireccional entre el espacio y el espectador. Una sala desnuda, que poco a poco va dibujando su forma, para mostrarnos su arquitectura, que aunque es inamovible como objeto, las luces y las sombras son capaces de cambiar su fisonomía.

Some of the visuals were inspired by the architecture of the medieval church in Veere, others by the elements that have been moving against/with/through it, day after day since it was built. As little bits of nature start to creep in, the building slowly comes alive itself. Imagine all the things it has seen and felt over the centuries...
