VJ SCHOOL REPORT 1.1: an early students’ work sampler. Quick video compositions created by students Alin Guindi, Angel Hamilton and Shannon Hayes. Using clips and still images brought in by VJ SCHOOLERS, we jammed to DJ Dauri Cems and played with live-painting and text layers using VJ software Modul8. The basics of video-mapping with software MadMapper was covered right inside the lecture hall at Sadleir House. I filmed the projections with my iPhone and put together this montage. VJ SCHOOL grads will be performing live for the first time with Dauri Cems at Market Hall Performing Arts Centre on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 9pm for a dance party to benefit the New Canadians Centre.
