The sold-out launch party for Hold Tight on 20 November 2015 saw installations from resident artists including Nicole Gordon and Anna Maynard and visuals from Joel Perry (HR6) transform the venue, with yarn dens (Anna Maynard), laser-cut acrylic boxes (Nicole Gordon), giant printed acetate lamps (NG) and more.

The smooth-running of the event was aided by the services of Texture's creative director and visuals made even more impressive via Texture's projectors.

Queues out of the door and down the street prove that Hold Tight is providing something which Manchester wants and the next edition is set to be even better, with special guests including Steven Burch, animator of cult classic 'Space Jam'.

The artist brief for the next event is 'reflections', held on 4th March 2016 at Texture.
