Testing out the rig preshow on 12/27/18 @ the Park West. Custom content by @drmbt for the Pendulum Creates stage, AC SLATER show for React Presents.

This was a test of vj clips and custom animations, chases, traces and strobes designed for a series of concentric square LED panels. We built a performance pipeline using Resolume and TouchDesigner to pixelmap the RGB lighting fixtures in the rig via DMX merge in GrandMA2, and driven by tempo from the Pioneer Nexus CDJs over CAT5 via BeatlinkTrigger and Ableton Link to two media servers sharing video textures as an NDI feed for a super tight sync across audio, video and lighting.

Unfortunately during this preshow roll, playback was coming from the A1s phone and we were just testing content, so this video does not demonstrate the Pioneer tempo sync we used throughout the night.

The main movers were color wheel fixtures, so we didn't map those from video world, and towards the beginning of these tests we were still hunting down some rogue channels with them, but I'm very pleased with integrating pixel mapping from Resolume on the other fixtures.
