This is our Live Visual show presented on this amazing artwork of a stage.
Utilizing only x1 Powerful laptop with 2 outputs & only x2 4500ansi projectors from both sides to successfully capture & video map these amazing giant statues as a stage - painted & Created by The talented PLAZMA TEAM.
& it was a real challenge duo to location constrains, crazy projection angles, 3d & organic objects to video map which are far apart each in different 3d space & dimension, & a vj stand thats not in front of it...
However - once it was up - it was a true pleasure to work with the Doof & Plazma team again, as we keep upgrading the stages every year with allot of inspiration & ambition to defy the rules of Psychedelic stage design while using quite a minimal budget & on location materials.
& to our surprise every time: my god - what an amazing outcome!
the whole stage was alive, & they even motorized the robots hands to move every once in a while!
its keeps striking me to understand whats possible with like minded people who love the Doof Experience & the psy scene as it creates tons of creative ambition for these type of satisfying projects.
& what a treat it was to vj on! we had x10 slices to play with with our x3 vjs: VJ MasterDamus (myself), VJ Shaul & VJ Ham Rem.
we love the DOOF for its creative freedom as they create a true playground for visuals, music, and the crowd itself.
its a very special experience, and you are all very welcome to try in the years to come...

Madrid, España - El IMMERSIVE FESTIVAL 2016 tendrá lugar del 18-21 de mayo en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (U-Dome). "Virtualizando nuestro futuro: Una experiencia inmersiva" es el lema.
El festival, de 4 días de duración, es organizado por NewMedia Creative Technology, FDDB.ORG y la UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) – una asociación sin fines de lucro formada para impulsar la aplicación creativa en proyecciones de 360º, la realidad virtual y otros entornos inmersivos.
La inscripción esta abierta en www.immersivefest.com.
La asistencia se limitará a la capacidad de la estructura U-Dome, 500 personas por día, en la Ciudad Universitaria.
Estudiantes, personas, empresas, entusiastas… que operan o que aspiran a ser activos en el fulldome, la realidad virtual, el cine en 360º… se darán cita en la UCM para compartir ideas, opiniones, conocimientos sobre la producción, difusión y aprendizaje relativo a las experiencias inmersivas. Habrá proyecciones de películas en 360º, conferencias, paneles, talleres, presentaciones de productos, en un reconocimiento especial a la industria.
Una sección dedicada pura y exclusivamente a la realidad virtual (VR) será el complemento en un año claramente marcado por lo virtual.
Fulldome Database (www.fddb.org), NewMedia Creative Technology Studio (www.newmedia.events), Universidad Complutense de Madrid (www.ucm.es), RTVE ( Radio y Televison Española ) e IPS (Sociedad Internacional Planetario) son algunas las organizaciones que dan apoyo al IMMERSIVE FESTIVAL 2016.
BACKGROUND
El negocio de las experiencias inmersivas, el cine en 360º, también conocido como "Fulldome," está recibiendo mayor atención por parte de museos, centros de ciencia, parques temáticos, salas de cine que buscan proporcionar experiencias cada vez más envolventes e inolvidables. El Fulldome ya cuenta con una red de más de 650 instalaciones en todo el mundo. Este medio inherentemente a la inmersión está siendo ampliamente adoptado en Europa y Asia, así como en los EE.UU. para crear increíbles experiencias en las audiencias basados en el entretenimiento y la educación en 2D, 3D y 4D.

Madrid, España - El IMMERSIVE FESTIVAL 2016 tendrá lugar del 18-21 de mayo en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (U-Dome). "Virtualizando nuestro futuro: Una experiencia inmersiva" es el lema.
El festival, de 4 días de duración, es organizado por NewMedia Creative Technology, FDDB.ORG y la UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) – una asociación sin fines de lucro formada para impulsar la aplicación creativa en proyecciones de 360º, la realidad virtual y otros entornos inmersivos.
La inscripción esta abierta en www.immersivefest.com.
La asistencia se limitará a la capacidad de la estructura U-Dome, 500 personas por día, en la Ciudad Universitaria.
Estudiantes, personas, empresas, entusiastas… que operan o que aspiran a ser activos en el fulldome, la realidad virtual, el cine en 360º… se darán cita en la UCM para compartir ideas, opiniones, conocimientos sobre la producción, difusión y aprendizaje relativo a las experiencias inmersivas. Habrá proyecciones de películas en 360º, conferencias, paneles, talleres, presentaciones de productos, en un reconocimiento especial a la industria.
Una sección dedicada pura y exclusivamente a la realidad virtual (VR) será el complemento en un año claramente marcado por lo virtual.
Fulldome Database (www.fddb.org), NewMedia Creative Technology Studio (www.newmedia.events), Universidad Complutense de Madrid (www.ucm.es), RTVE ( Radio y Televison Española ) e IPS (Sociedad Internacional Planetario) son algunas las organizaciones que dan apoyo al IMMERSIVE FESTIVAL 2016.
BACKGROUND
El negocio de las experiencias inmersivas, el cine en 360º, también conocido como "Fulldome," está recibiendo mayor atención por parte de museos, centros de ciencia, parques temáticos, salas de cine que buscan proporcionar experiencias cada vez más envolventes e inolvidables. El Fulldome ya cuenta con una red de más de 650 instalaciones en todo el mundo. Este medio inherentemente a la inmersión está siendo ampliamente adoptado en Europa y Asia, así como en los EE.UU. para crear increíbles experiencias en las audiencias basados en el entretenimiento y la educación en 2D, 3D y 4D.

I created two cubes out of cardboard and paper, then projected different imaginary on each side of the cube. Using Resolume arena 5 I ran six HD files and over eight different effects, controlled by my Alesis VI25 MIDI controller.

The ATHENS DIGITAL ART FESTIVAL 2016 will take place from 19 to 22 of May at the historic center of Athens. The main venue of the Festival will be the Building Complex Gate Ermou 117 – 121.
The open call for artists received an exciting response by the local and international artistic community, with 2.284 submitted proposals from 88 countries. The 12th edition of Athens Digital Arts Festival will present interactive works, audiovisual installations, video art, web art, digital image, creative workshops for adults and kids, artists’ talks, presentations of international festivals, AV performances and music events, highlighting the developments in new technologies and artistic practices.

Switzerland is this year's guest country at the International Digital Art Biennial (BIAN), to be held for the 3rd time from June 3 to July 3, 2016 in Montreal. Organised by Montreal digital arts festival ELEKTRA, whose 17th edition will take place from June 1st to 5, the BIAN will host a large palette of eclectic works by numerous Canadian and international artists, among which a large Swiss delegation co-curated with Mapping Festival.
Entitled AUTOMATA: Art made by machines for machines, the exhibition presented at Arsenal Contemporary Art will feature creations by Swiss artists Pe Lang, Benjamin Muzzin, Zimoun, Lukas Truniger, and A Normal Working Day.
On June 3, also in partnership with Mapping Festival, ELEKTRA audiences will furthermore have the chance to attend two performances by Swiss artists: Blink, the latest creation of collective LSD – Light, Sound and Death, and Bleu Remix, in which Yann Marussich offers an intimate, secret journey through his body.
This project is supported by Fondation Pro Helvetia, Swissnex Boston, the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, and the Cultural Service of the City of Geneva, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Switzerland in Montreal.

On April 13 at Razzmatazz Barcelona, we had the honor to perform the 3D visual live set for Venetian Snares, one of our favorite artists.
We use the anaglyph technique and production dished glasses so that the public could live is immersive and multisensory experience.
Moving increasingly in a world bio-mechanical, moving from the two-dimensional to three-dimensional and witness the birth of a biomechanical cell, spherical, that as a 3D puzzle, changes shape and opens and passes by different states to become an eye of an android or artificial human beeing.
At a deeper level, the intention is to connect the modular synthesizers with humans and the obsession that humanity has to reproduce itself artificially, to seek and create tools and technology to express in the most direct and subjective way it is the end of everything "creator".
