The genius of Michelangelo was expressed throughout a mark, recognizable in all of his works. A line left by a pencil on a paper, a chisel stroke upon marble, a brush touch.
Vodafone paid homage to Rome with an extraordinary videomapping show on the façade of the Palazzo Senatorio in Campidoglio that highlighted the architecture that Michelangelo designed - thus unrevealing its elements by means of light, giving life to the various parts of the palace with a 3D animation, and providing a magnificent historical surface with a second technological animated skin.
The music, by Dj Alex Farolfi (Radio Deejay) blended with the images in a videomapping 3D live VJ set, in the splendid framework of the Fountain of Dea Roma.
Thanks to The Drop Vision (augmented reality applied on 3D projections), by D-Wok, the façade of the Palazzo Senatorio has “come to life” and narrated the beauties of the Italian capital city.

An experiment with Nodebox 2 to make a sound-reactive video installation. Nodebox 2 is a program for visualizing large sets of data. Instead, we made various different loops that would react to sound. It didn't work as well as it could have with another program, but it was a great learning experience.

Bouazizi is the second Insectotròpic's show, a work that combines a mix of live painting, veejing, live music and acting.
Following their version of the classic tale by Grimm and Perroult ‘La Caputxeta Galac- tica’ [Galactic Red Riding Hood] the Insectotròpics re-experiment with their unique ar- tistic language for ‘Bouazizi’ - a fusion of theatre, music and the visual arts. An on-going dialogue between technology and plasticity moves between pre-recording and live im- provisation, a mix between documentary and fiction, a world of dream and mythologi- cal dimensions which takes us to the unconventional corners of the common imagina- tion.
‘Bouazizi’, the man who everyone has heard of but who no one knows his name. In- sectotròpics present a poetic journey freely inspired by the life and death of Mohamed Bouazizi, a young street vendor, suffocated by mistreatment from police and economic hardship, who on 17 December 2010 publicly set himself alight. A totally unexpected event caused his gesture to create a legend for millions of people, igniting the “Arab Spring.”
‘Bouazizi’ is a story about the power of the people against The Power, about the degree of power an individual holds with respect to the system. A story that could be ours. Maybe it will be soon...

This is a Head shot of the Final Show Eye See Experience presented in the Francophonie 2013 with a GoPro Hero2. As you can see, on the ground there is another GoPro Hero3, which for some reason didn't record. And the recording of the GoPro Hero2, which you're watching from crashed in the last few seconds of this show. Never the less, this was the show.
On the Final, we decided to twist our show with the Different Music created by Kevork Keshishian (A.K.A. Diamond Setter), and the Visuals done to Ziad Filfili (3D Animator) and Moses Magharian (VJ). The Live Visual Performance was done by Moses Magharian (A.K.A. VJ Mosig).
We, Eye See Experience, were the Finalist from Lebanon along side France and Canada. And we got the Gold Medal in the Francophonie 2013.

Making Tracks XL was an evening of short films soundtracked live by The Cabinet of Living Cinema, and improvised video performances by myself, Emily Bailey, Luvmeat Visuals, and Max Hattler and Sune Petersen. Organised by Whirlygig Cinema, the event took place on 27 July 2013 at Rich Mix, London.
My performance mixed video loops with a live feed from a camera suspended over water, which was manipulated by light, ground pepper, and the vibrations caused by the band's music.

Munich's P1 Nightclub plays host to the latest collaboration between Dom Pérignon, Curator Leo Kuelbs and the Glowing Bulbs Creative Team. "Liquid Luminescence" is inspired by Dom Pérignon's Luminous Label and seeks to turn light into liquid. Over 100 clips were created and were mixed live by Glowing Bulbs VJs as MOSEY aka Pierre Sarkozy spinned. This fluid interplay between light and sound was projected on two massive walls above the terrace of Germany's most legendary Nightclub.
Selections of the one-night only live event from September 20th 2013 were replayed each night for 8 days, accompanying Munich's famed Oktoberfest bash.
Glowing Bulbs and Leo Kuelbs have also presented 2012's "Divine Coalescence" at the Bärensaal Berlin and 2013's "The Expanding Universe" for the release of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004.

1st part is the 'Cucuracha' stylized in 8-Bit video games graphics. For the second half they wanted the whole wall covered in green and white eye candy stuff.

AUDIO & SYNC – VEZÉR 1.1 RELEASED
Vezér is a relatively young software since it has been released this August, so I am super excited to announce the first major update of it, 1.1, which is focusing on Audio and Sync. So, as I said, Audio and Sync – the two territories you asked me a lot of questions about, and sent lot of feature requests, so I thought its worth to spend “some” sleepless nights to try to boost the capabilities of Vezér on those fields. Here are the results, let me tell you what is new in the latest and greatest update of Vezér – hope you guys will enjoying it 
MIDI Clock Sync
Now its possible to Sync a Composition to an external software – like Ableton Live – via MIDI Clock, leveraging the Song Position Pointer aka SPP. It requires only very minimal setup:

Audio Tracks – Playback and Convert-to-Keyframes
Vezér 1.1 introduces a new Track Type: Audio. So yes, now you can import audio files into Vezér and playback them on the specified audio output, but not just that: you can convert the audio data to Keyframes, even with filtering applied. You will find more information on this Knowledge Base article, but watch this little demonstration as well:

Das Hansahochhaus wird bei der interaktiven Fassadenprojektion env blinds zu einem digitalen Datensilo umfunktioniert und jeder Besucher wurde eingeladen dieses mit seinen ganz persönlichen Bilddaten zu füllen. Dabei werden die eingereichten Bilder in Echtzeit auf einige wenige Farbwerte reduziert und das Hansahochhaus, ehemals höchstes Haus Europas, zu einem medialen Spiegel der Kölner Umwelt umfunktioniert.
For the cologne based CityLeaks festival we transformed the so called Hansahochhaus to a digital data-silo and all guests have been invited to take part in it. With a snapshot or a choosen photo from the own phone you could see your own memories becoming fragments of color and light on the once highest building in europe. Together all guests builded a media reflection of Cologne and its surrounding environment.

TEXTURES Kino Internacional & Inesfera: Así se llama el nuevo proyecto audiovisual de Kino Internacional & Inesfera en el cual plasman las diferentes formas, colores y texturas sonoras a través de hardware DIY analógico y digital.
Con frecuencia la textura se describe en términos de densidad o espesor, de tesitura, de amplitud entre las alturas más graves y más agudas.
La textura musical es la forma en que los materiales melódicos, rítmicos y armónicos se combinan en una composición, determinando así la cualidad sonora global de una pieza. Así lo definen y dibujan como si de una radiografía musical se tratase.

This is the Video of our Show at the Francophonie 2013 in Nice, France. In this video, the Music and Visuals are being Mixed Live. The Music was created by Kevork Keshishian (A.K.A Diamond Setter).
Every 4 years, a gathering of all French speaking nations happen under the name of Jeux De Francophonie. All these nations compete in Sports and Cultural competition, which we believe is more of an exchange of thoughts and experiences. This year, in 2013, they added the Digital Creation/VJ competition in the cultural section. The subject defined by the organizers was: PEACE, HUMAN RIGHT, and DEMOCRACY.
Put the Volume HIGH, as we are sorry for the low volume. The video was taken with a GoPro Hero 3. We tried to put the original Audio on the video, but because the music was being played Live, it was a bit complicated. So, we decided to keep it as is.
We will also share the video of our performance in the Finals, which made us get the GOLD Medal. Stay tuned.

I've been working on integrating other depth sensors into ofxOpenVJ other than the kinect. One of the advantages of the Creative "Percy" camera from Intel is that it's depth range is much shorter but the resolution accuracy is higher. Sound reactive built with OpenFrameworks 0.7.4 for Visual Studio on Windows.

In collaboration with the teachers of the course of Genetics.
He was studying the DNA of wine, looking at ancient tombs emerged from the tomb of the time.
We wanted to tell a story, and do so with the VJ and with a performance that included the making of this video in real time, with improvised music based on pre-defined lines, the history of man and drink oldest in the world.

DCBolt teamed up with Camp Davis Visuals to design, fabricate, install and projection map this stage for North Coast Music Festival in Chicago of 2013.
The set was built on-site at Union Park and consisted of 47 cardboard boxes that we suspended from the ribbing of the stage tent. We used two projectors to cross-converge the image and cover every facet of the box sculpture with pixels. We ran the show for the 3-day festival, integrating the live audio feed into the projected visuals, making the experience completely dynamic, interactive and unparalleled.
