Sphere is a live audiovisual projection mapped installation piece, influenced by the work of visual artists like Hexstatic, The Light Surgeons and D Fuse amongst others. The aim of the project is to explore current cosmological theories through live edited visuals and music. The project is reminiscent of the type of visuals associated with electronic music events and clubs. The work is divided into 3 parts: micro, life and macro. Each movement explores issues surrounding these theme. This is a multicamera recording of the performance. Go to: andrewlogie.co.uk for more information.

The Shard series is an on-going exploration in depth, and color play between geometric abstract shapes. Every piece reflects the other, changing it's neighbor's color, and creating additional patterns.
These pieces were made entirely in 3d, with limited to no post-production. The goal was to set up the scene, and let the objects interact without manipulation, producing a pure and seemingly random result.

Evento realizado no Solar de Botafogo, no dia 27 de julho de 2013.

VIDEOATAQ é um evento de intervenções audiovisuais e tecnológicas. Reúne videoartistas, fotógrafos, programadores e motion designers junto com produtores musicais do Brasil e do mundo e se firmou como uma das referências de evento da cultura VJ da cidade.

ELENCO

1024 ARCHITECTURE | FRANÇA
Uma companhia criada por Pierre Schneider e François Wunschel, ambos co-fundadores do coletivo EXYZT. Seus trabalhos são focados na interação entre corpo, espaço, som, visuais, arte e arquitetura. Foi a segunda vez que o grupo se apresentou no Videoataq.

Crise é a segunda parte da trilogia “Euphorie, Crise, Recession” (Euforia, Crise e Recessão).
A euforia do consumo para todos e um mundo centralizado sobre os desejos individuais de felicidade é seguido por um período de crises. Os dois performers, recentemente demitidos e perto do suicídio, irão gradualmente fazer o seu mundo doméstico descarrilhar e culminar em um apocalipse visual.

TAKSI (JOÃO BRASIL + DOMÊNICO LANCELLOTTI) | RJ
Taksi é um duo de música experimental e improvisação formado pelo DJ e produtor de mashups de funk carioca com hits globais João Brasil e o cultuado compositor e baterista Domênico Lancellotti.
A perfomance teve visuais de Azoia Lab, comandado por Jodele Larcher.

VJ CHICO ABREU
Após a procissão digital guiada pelo projeciclo pelas ruas de Botafogo, a festa seguiu para a casa Comuna, onde o VJ Chico Abreu apresentou um set A/V.
