Hibiskiss Series
Hibiskiss Series from Maria Servellón on Vimeo.
Hibiskiss Series (#1-5) by Maria Servellon. Projection Art, Surround Sound, Smell (Hibiscus), and Sculpture (Acrylic, cloth, astroturf). Color, Sound, Smell; infinite loop, 2022. USA.
The Hibiskiss series is a vivid, rich depiction of love and tropical elegance in glitch bliss. A search for harmony forever in between the forbidden and the embraced, Hibiskiss digitally “queers” intimacy into an abstract but opulent flux.
Special thanks to James Cooper (sound mixing), Pam Hart (curator), Rebecca Morrisson (MassArt x SoWa).
- As exhibited at MassArt x SoWa, The New Drawing Room, August 2022

Pink Harmony by Saeko Ehara
Pink Harmony by Saeko Ehara from Braw Haus on Vimeo.
Saeko Ehara is a 3D artist and VJ based in Tokyo.
Since she graduated from KABK in Den Haag (NL) in 2010, she especially has worked on making visuals and doing operations for concerts in the entertainment world. She mainly works at the arenas, concert halls and live houses throughout Japan. She started making and presenting artworks again because of her study for creative coding at Digital Hollywood to improve her career.
Her works mainly represent Kirakira (sparkling) motives such as jewels and flowers. Her inspiration comes from memories of her childhood. Kirakira stickers, acrylic jewels, small glassworks and illustrated books of flowers are her starting point. Through her works, she would love to make the world full of Kirakira.
