SYNOPSIS:
A collection of previously unreleased tracks taken from ten years of Scanone's production archive.
A selection of talented artists, directors and visual collectives have created original short films, promos and visual content to the audio.

ARCHIVE: A retrospective audiovisual compilation curated and produced by Jude Greenaway, also known as Scanone and label manager of Yellow Machines. The first audio visual project from Yellow Machines and the latest multi-platform digital release from Light rhythm Visuals.
A range of talented international directors and animators provide a lush visual canopy for Scanone's soundscapes concluding nearly five years of work and unveiling a rich library of previously un-released treasures. Some of the short films and visual treatments lean towards digital abstraction, creating worlds where the element play of structure, light and form compete the leading role. There are also short narrative pieces which unfold as the music and sound design progresses.

Varying approaches yield a range of moods from the meticulous and mechanical sync of '1002' and "NOTIFY REMIX' to the
ambient sensitivity of 'ARTFINE' and 'SHE GOES'.

Scanone's audio works have inspired a diversity of aesthetics which span the 60 minute compilation. Combining to form a consistent modern soundtrack with museum calibre images, A must have for the audiophile, VJ and Design, Art collector.

ARCHIVE will be available through a range of formats highlighting Light rhythm's strategy to open up from its traditional DVD releases.
People collecting the limited edition disc will have free access to bonus features such as mp3's, VJ' Loops and secret tracks. The DVD also holds a promo code allowing users to download an HD version of the disc which is highly recommended and an App version of the compilation which streams updated
