Technical aspects
This was made using unity.
A shader computes a reaction diffusion algorithm over a frame used as a feedback to the same shader. Fast way to run a reaction diffusion.

Textures and dots, reacting to the audio signal, are added as chemical B to the reaction, creating these patterns reacting to the audio.
A force field, generated using a simplex noise, is also used as a displacement map for the reaction-diffusion shader. This creates the movement in the scene.
Color are computed so that they sort of follow the chemicals reaction. This result in a creepy matter, very organic.
Post processing effect are added such as bloom, hue rotation, grayscale, pixellation, mirror, chromatic aberation, lens distortion.
On top of that, a shader apply color operations between the current frame and the last frame. The resulting frame is displayed on the screen.
Some other effects (such as the superposition of images in a sequence) are added on top.
