Only 7 days left before the beginning of Mapping Festival 2016, which will hold its exhibition opening evening on Thursday, April 28 from 6pm to 1am at Le Commun (BAC)!
Backbone of the Mapping Festival, the exhibition at Le Commun (BAC) unfolds from Thursday, April 28 to May 8. This year, the five installations created by Martin Messier, Refik Anadol, Lawrence & Vincent Malstaf, Kimchi and Chips and Néstor Lizalde are primarily articulated around the concept of immersion.
On the groundfloor, you can buy tickets and passes at the festival’s main ticket office, discover the goodies available at the merchandising booth, take part in various panels, conferences and masterclasses for free, and get programs and information at the reception desk.

Remember to reserve your seats for Nous sommes les fils et les filles de l'électricité, an interactive performance by Projet EVA, with a limited capacity of 16 persons for each session! On May 5, 6 and 7 at the Spoutnik, each day at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm.

The Mapping Festival is glad to present Canadian artist Herman Kolgen's performance Seismik in collaboration with L.E.V. Festival, which celebrates this year its 10th edition.
Through numerous performances and lives, L.E.V., the International Festival of Audiovisual Creation of Gijón, tries to show a panoramic and eclectic vision of the ample spectrum of current genres that come from connecting visual arts and electronic music.
The 10th edition of L.E.V. will be held from April 28 to May 1st across the different spaces of the Laboral Ciudad de la Cultura project, and other venues in Gijon, Spain.
