Commissioned by the Santa Monica Glow Festival
Goldie3, was mapped into 8 distinct regions, each with an assigned video effect programmed in MAX/MSP/Jitter by John Parts Taylor. Blob detection was used to create sections in the computer vision. Goldie3 would trigger visual effects as she swam through each quadrant of the computer vision.The video was projected in the environment creating a dynamic and unpredictable patterns throughout the venue and rear projected into the windows outside the Sushi restaurant.
