A short audiovisual performance to showcase our improvising methods. All music, painting and visual manipulations performed in real-time. Live painting under a webcam is processed by a custom software setup which is responsive to the live sound and can be manually manipulated with a MIDI controller. A second webcam is pointed at the laptop screen to create feedback which can be blended into the processed video. Music is created live from scratch, with the visuals, using a MIDI guitar controller to play custom-made synthesised sounds, and looped to build arrangements.
