Demo i made for the VjAcademy here in the Netherlands. I worked on the theme of “Yo mama” creating visual content based on PACHAMAMA (Mother Earth), our one and only mother, and all what she is trying to tell through some signals and natural disasters.
Through a dynamic music, bright colours, and an eclectic imagery i want to create a shocking but positive effect in the public to make them “Listen to yo mama”.
About the technique: I made some Illustrations trying to mimic an indigenous style (very organic). I also used Collage for the part of the natural disasters, and connected everything through Motion graphics. For the final product i recorded live from modul8 using Syphon Recorder.
