A fast sketch using blender´s adaptative sampling option. The first point is to get a complex geometry easily, in this case using a texture from the mega-famous Jsplacement app. The second point is to reduce render times as possible. This is using Cycles render (Global illumination, basically) and takes 8 seconds per frame, which is amazing comparing previous experiences. Of course, there is still a lot of noise in this quick experiment.
